UPDATE: My granddaughter got to see her flowers last night when she came home from the hospital a day later than planned. She called and told us that they were just beautiful and they "topped" all the rest she had received! As she is in South Boston, and we are in Arizona, we were so pleased at her response, so we now know that the flowers were, indeed, worth the money spent. Thank you.

Totally dissatisfied. I have ordered the past few years and was extremely happy, this year I am very upset with the quality of the arrangement and your customer service staff. The item I sent was NOT worth what I paid. I was told I would get a 10.00 gift card in my email plus 10% off but that hasn't happened as yet. I am so dissatisfied I am considering filing a complaint with Pay Pal.

Ordering was easy. I hope the flowers are as lovely as in the picture. I did order flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law in Wisconsin, and my niece in Chicago, they were both beautiful. They came in a pumpkin container and they loved it. Beautiful for fall.

Once i saw the price of the bouquet i selected, i wanted to upgrade it to the deluxe version, but couldn't figure out how to do it. I ended up adding the bouquet to my order, selecting deluxe, retyping the message and then deleting the first bouquet. This should be streamlined.
Update: this survey is asking how satisfied I was with the product I received. As the sender, I never saw my order. It delivered to another state. Silly question for my situation.

Tried multiple times to buy the item in the Premium size but could not...no error, no nothing...just stayed on the page with the "Add to Cart" buttom doing nothing. Ultimately had to buy the small item even though I wanted to buy the larger item.
When flowers arrived, it was carnations and daisies, no roses as pictured.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
