Did not receive pictured plant holder. No reservoir for water. Very small though I paid for the best. Wilted flowers. Just 3 roses. Short ribbon on mylar balloon. Very sad ugly bouquet. I was embarrassed.

The flowers I had ordered was a sympathy arrangement from the office however the arrangement received was nothing like what was ordered. I had to do a double take of the card to make sure it was ours. I had upgraded to the largest arrangement however what came was little and scarce. I did call about it and indicated I wanted to make sure foryouflowers was aware of how poorly the flower arrangement was so they would consider no using them in the future. The customer service person I spoke with was very nice and was apologetic and made a note in my account.
The picture on the website showed a basket but she received the flowers in a green flower pot.
Seems pretty easy and quick. Prices aren't too bad and there's a good variety.

Easy to use website, great selection, and reasonable same day delivery charges! Love it! The only issue I had was that the image showed a cute ribbon on the vase, which my friend said she did not receive.
The flowers were great and I ordered them and paid for delivery before noon. They were not delivered until 1:30. If you can't provide that service, then it shouldn't be offered and charged for. However, customer service said they refunded that part of my purchase price.
