The surprise in the 'handling' charge. I hate fees ADDED on to products when you order.

I chose the florists' bouquet so they created it and it was absolutely beautiful! However, the card with greeting I chose wasn't that great. It was handwritten with horrible penmanship. Barely legible & my name was spelled wrong. And there was weird #'s scribble in it too. Again, flowers were stunning but I think the card is just as important!
Ordered from my computer I live in West Virginia went to the hospital in Colorado Springs,Co,my granddauther said the flower and other gifts she got where great. Will use them again.
So psyched for next day delivery and gorgeous flowers!

Same day delivery didn't happen. Following day it was delivered late to the hospital but I was still charged an express fee. Delivery to my house didn't come and apparently they came but no one was home so they left without leaving the flowers or a note. I had to call to have them re delivered the next day and give instructions to leave the flowers if no one was home. They left them in front my garage instead of on the porch so I wonder if they even went up to the door. I mean, this would be the logical place to leave the flowers. Very dissatisfied.
I ordered premium pkg i received the wks. Left overs wilted and not worth what i paid.

Had just what I needed! Order was delivered with a confirmation but can't comment on quality as I did delivery anonymously and haven't heard anything about the order from the recipient
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
