Had to go through order procedure 3 times due to "Surprise" service charges, etc. Those surprises hurt the credibility of this site, and made me think I was getting scammed.

I picked the Autumn Cornucopia arrangement BECAUSE of the Cornucopia. And it came in a plain glass vase. When I sent an email, I was told shops can make minor substitutions - well I consider that a major subsitition. And I wished someone called to tell me they didn't have and then I would have picked a different arrangement.

Wonderful customer service
The flowers arrived on time, but the number of flowers used for "premium" was disappointing. There should have been more red flowers and definitely more of the purple flowers. Disappointing...

The photo online was a little fuller bouquet, but I anticipated that may happen. It was a little costly, but comparable with other sites, and flowers were what I wanted to get, so I was willing to pay it. Would purchase more often if they were about 20-25% cheaper.
I did hear that my order was received. Unfortunately, I did not see the flowers for myself and I heard no complaints from the recipient I assumed all was satisfactory.

I was happy with the overall experience except for the check out. I was surprised by the price I was told one price but in the check out the price changed. I was very disappointed.
The flowers were exactly what I ordered and my recipient loved them; the only thing I would have liked is an emailed confirmation with the order number.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
