This was a very last minute order

This was a very last minute order. I just returned from Seattle visiting with a very ill friend and decided to send flowers. I thought of the time difference so allowed one extra day, well to my surprise she called me and thanked me for the flowers the very next da. The flowers really brightened her day.

Don't hide the shipping & handling til the end. You must not think your prices are fair if you need to hide them. Personally think they are too high and will use other services. Plus they ship much faster.

Flowers were delivered promptly. I like being able to order online at anytime of a 24 hour day.
I haven't any feedback on the arrangement, but I have always been satisfied in prior orders.

I ordered an arrangement of pink and white flowers and a Birthday balloon for my daughters 21st Birthday. The flowers were pretty nice but the balloon was a yellow smiley face instead of a happy birthday balloon. The balloon did not compliment the flowers and looked totally stupid!

I put in an order for sympathy flowers for when my grandfather passed away. I had inquired the next day to check to see if it had been delivered. Customer service was very prompt with responding back to me via emails with what was happening with the delivery. The delivery was on time and therefore; I was pleased with their service.

I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement since I picked a middle price. The arrangement looked more like a mini. The funeral was for a dear friend and the arrangement was embarrasing compared to the others at the service. This was the first time I tried your service and will have to truely think about using it again.

My first question when I placed my order by phone was the flowers were going to be delivered the same day. The representative put me briefly on hold to ask the supervisor since it was already around 4 pm (eastern), then she assured that the flowesr were going to be deliverd that day.
The flowers arrived next day.
I cancelled an order that I did on line with another company because they called me to tell me that the delivery was going to be upgraded and 20% off because it was going to be deliver it next day. After that I call several companies, until your company guaranteed that the delivery was going to be done that afternoon.
My daughter was having the bay in Milwaukee and I couldn't be with her. This is a once in a life time event and it was supremely important for me that she received the flowers, I even settle for the flower arrangement design by the store, making sure that there was no excuse to deliver the flowers.
I am completely disappointed and frustrated. There are tons of companies in which I could place my order or just to call a local flower shop and pay on the phone.
Again this was a ONE TIME EVENT IN MY LIFE AND YOU RUINED!

It's good. Just expensive, flowers in general aren't worth the prices on here.
Flowers came 1 hr after promised. I spent $60 for a nice big flower arrangement but got only about 13 roses. Disappointed
