It's good. Just expensive, flowers in general aren't worth the prices on here.
Flowers came 1 hr after promised. I spent $60 for a nice big flower arrangement but got only about 13 roses. Disappointed

I order several times per year. I need to be able to see what credits, discounts, and specials are on my account prior to order.
In addition to statement above now that order has been placed and delivered. 1. everything is a add on. Rather have all information up front. 2. Handling fee is a BS item. That's between the Vendor whom supplied product and fromyouflowers.com Quit milking the public, your being paid a fee from vendor at locations all over. 3. The before noon fee was paid and flowers still delivered late. This is the 2nd time flowers have been delivered late. 4. There's no way to apply credits provided from their staff for miss-handling of orders: the credits for next time expired or don't exist. 5. This will most likely be the last time I use the service do to add on after add on. I can google a local vendor for less money. I have done this in the past, and had better service. I'm willing for a real rep / manager to call or email me. All my information is stored on line in the account I set up.

My order came after 6:30 p.m. Some of the little bulbs fell out when I took them out of the box. They didn't look fresh from the farm and the flower didn't look anything like what I expected nor the picture.Arstella
Very easy to order, but watch out because if you order the regular vase size then there are not as many flowers in it as what is in the photo. My daughter sent me a photo of what she received, and it is VERY sparse compared to the photo shown when I ordered. But she loved them anyways.
This was a sympathy bouquet - I had picked the option for the florist to pick out the flowers - I thought they would have some white in it- but there was no white at all :(. It was very colorful... Not what I had envisioned for a sympathy bouquet- I will never chose that option for a sympathy bouquet again. With that being said - the flowers were beautiful for any other occasion.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT WE ORDER WHAT WAS SHOWN ON THE PICTURE AND WHAT WAS DELIVERED WAS NOTHING, I MEAN NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. WE SPECIFICALLY PICK THE ARRANGEMENT THAT WAS SHOWN BECAUSE WE FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. IT WAS A GREAT ARRANGEMENT TO SHOW THE PEACEFULNESS OF THE CROSS, AND AS CHRISTIANS WE BELIEVE IN THE CROSS. SOME OF THE FLOWERS WERE ALSO BRUISED AND WILTING.
WE ARE GRATEFUL THAT FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED WHEN ASKED BUT NOT WHAT WAS EXPECTED.
JUST BUY FLOWERS AND DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE ARRANGEMENTS!

I called in to Customer Service with a specific request after placing my order. It was after normal business hours and they took care of everything so I didn't have to worry during a very stressful time. Thank you! We got a very nice arrangement too for a great price!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
