Have not heard from anyone visiting at the Hospice, so I can't tell you whether your product met my expectations. Delivery charges were very high however, the person was very professional with my daughter, which helped greatly with the fees that they charged me. I sure hope that they treat the delivery person well in order to keep them working for them.

The flowers arrived on time, but I made the mistake of selecting the florist choice option for the anniversary flowers I sent. They were a little lackluster, with all daisies and carnations. I suppose if I wanted Lilies and Roses I should have ordered them specifically. Lesson learned.
I believe overall service was not good at all, overpriced flowers and delivered 1 hour before office closing.
