UPDATE: Daughter took a picture of my grandson with his gift; TWO teddy bears and a mylar balloon. He was very happy with his gift. Paying almost $70 I wish the premium package would've been a bit more "premium" but this is what I pretty much expected for this type of service.

I was very disappointed in the flower arrangement. In fact, I was embarrassed that it was sitting there for everyone to see. I knew it was not going to be a lavish arrangement as I did not pay for that but it looked like something I picked from my yard and stuck in old vase I had lying around. I understand it was a sample in the photo on the internet that I picked from but there was absolutely no resemblance to it. I truly believe this was a $7.00 arrangement and I should be credited back for the difference. I have ordered over the internet from other vendors before and been very satisfied but NOT this time.

I was expecting the flowers to be delivered in a pink vase, but instead they came in a pink aluminum bucket. The flowers themselves looked good, but the bucket was below expectation.
Just a expectations management thing. The flower arrangement looked larger in the website photos than in person.
The answers depend on final delivery, payment completion and recipient satisfaction. The web site was easy to use. The bouquet was delivered by noon as promised with my extra charge. The flowers were beautiful although the bouquet in the picture was different than what was delivered. Overall, the service and product were good and I would utilize you again if the need arises. Thank you.

Wow, delivery was amazing. I ordered on a holiday, and it arrived promptly the next morning. And it was gorgeous. It was an anniversary present, and my friends put it in a place of honor on a table in front of their bay window overlooking the back yard. The colors were sensational and complemented their indoors & outdoors.
The company should really be sure of their ability to provide same day delivery service if they advertise it and have an extra charge for it.
When I placed the order, it showed pink roses but when it was delivered, it was red roses. I truly wanted pink roses for the person I ordered the flowers for.
I like red roses but for this person I had wanted them to be very feminine and so wanted them to be pink

Pos-delivery: The recipient sent pictures of the flowers - looked just like the ones on the order form! They were delivered by a florist in another town (Ft. Collins. CO) after 3 calls to let her know when they were coming. They arrived around 4 p.m. on the day I requested the delivery. The recipient is very happy which pleases me!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
