I placed the order 11-10-14 to have delivered by 12pm on 11-11-14 for my friend's birthday at her work. I emailed twice that day to your company and they sent email that they would follow up once the delivery was made, but i called around 4:30pm when my friend was off work and she had not received anything. I was told i was getting my rush charge back to me and then they would follow up the next day. The did deliver the flower on 11-11-14 but as the pharmacy was ready to close at 6:55pm. When my friend sent a picture of the flowers they looked nothing like the picture when i ordered the flowers and i wanted 2 Mylar balloons and 5 purple latex balloons. She received 5 Mylar balloons that were already deflating and the flowers were hideous, nothing like the beautiful flowers in the pictures on line when i ordered. I did receive email that i was going to get a full refund.
You might let people know in advance that there is a $15 service fee. I don't mind paying it--I just don't like the surprise at the end when I'm done filling out everything.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
