The website, pricing, and delivery were great. The packaging and appearance of the cake pops that I ordered was lovely as well. The product itself was described as having a "great tasting chocolate coating" but that the cake inside tasted like "pound cake that had been soaked in water." It was soggy, mushy, and not enjoyable. I would be hesitant to order cake products from the site again, but would definitely visit it for non-edible items.

Fast and easy. Good selection. When the fruit basket came in my friend said it was perfectly lovely, all the fruit was good, and it had a pineapple on top. She was delighted, as were her kids.

The first page said 2.99 for same day add'l charge.The expedited fee you are surprised to see on the check out page is confusing. Doesn't say what it is for. Maybe due to location of delivery? It tacks it on unless you catch it. Since I don't know what it means, I deleted it. Otherwise, the site and selection is very nice. The flowers were very fresh. It's been a week and they are still lovely. Thanks!
The last time I tried to order flowers the bouquet just didn't show up. I really hope it shows up today I would really like to use this service frequently. (Message placed before the order) the flowers showed up 6 hours late. I paid for the extra service by noon and didn't get it. Although customer service refunded me things and gave me some incentive to come back the next order understand I don't want the refund, I don't want more gift certificates. I want the order done correctly. (After the flower experience)
I really appreciated a somewhat reasonable price, other sites had them for much more. My daughter sent me a picture of her bouquet and it was beautiful.

Easy breezy in buying process but a little expensive but was worth it. Company promised to deliver around noon but it wasn't delivered until 4p.m. Very disappointing.
