Very easy and beautiful flowers
It is a convenient way to send a plant or flowers to a friend or loved one. I have always been pleased with the results.
So far it has been a good experience. The proof will be in the delivery and quality of the product. In past internet flower purchases (not form you) the product has looked nothing like the pictures.
Shopping experience has been great. Now let's wait for product and delivery -- Since I sent the flowers to a friend I am not in a position to rate the quality of the product. This is why I gave it an average rating. My friend said they were "beautiful" but she could have been polite. At any rate I must say "so far so good"... I may order from your company again. Paid for shipping before noon shipping arrived at 2pm. When I called about it I was told that I was shouldn't have been offered noon shipping. I has to ask for a shipping refund instead of being offered one.
I ordered flowers for my uncles funeral in Arizona. When I attended the funeral to my surprise the flowers that I had purchased for his funeral were just down right TACKY! I was extremely embarrassed to have my name on those flowers. They looked as though my 7 year old put them together. Looking at all of the other flowers that my cousins received from friends and family, those that I purchased from this company were by far the worst. I just got back in town today and had not yet had a chance to call before I seen this email; But I certainly intend on calling and complaining. The flowers were wilted and thrown together in a very bad way. I was ashamed to have sent something so awful to people that I love so much. Im just glad that I was able to attend the funeral and see the level of quality ( lack of quality) that your company is sending to people. You all should be ashamed to take peoples money and have your name on what your putting out. I can honestly say. "I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOU ALL AGAIN!"

Thanks to Noelle in the customer service department of fromyouflowers.com my faith in customer service was renewed. The initial order was botched, however, upon contacting fromyouflowers.com and speaking with Noelle, the situation was handled and the 100th birthday recipient was pleased with the beautiful arrangement. In the end, fromyouflowers.com came through and for that reason I will order again from them.
I purchased the premium Birthday Bonanza Bouquet on 11.10.14 for someone's 40th birthday! I paid for the premium bouquet in order to have the largest and best bouquet. For the price ($63.67), I am extremely disappointed in this bouquet. It is sized very small as if it were a regular bouquet (based on my previous experiences with purchasing flowers).
The flowers were delivered the day after I wanted them delivered and were a much smaller than arrangement than I had anticipated even though I had been told I would be upgraded to the best one. I just wasn't thrilled with what I got for the money I paid.
It would be nice if you quoted the $14.95 handling fee before ordering.
I ordered the flowers online for a friend of mine who lives in North Carolina. She told me they were very nice and appreciated them. I personally never saw them, but as she said she was very satisfied. Ordering process was very easy and they were delivered as promised. I would definitely order from you flowers again.
My daughter sent a photo of the flower arrangement. I'm basing comments on the Photo. The requested arrangement had many roses shown. I only saw one rose on the Photo with several other less expensive types of flowers. That was a disappointment

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
