I was very disappointed it was a day late. Then it was almost the end of the second day. Then the flowers were not upgraded like I thought they would be, if they were then I would be sad to know what the original ones would have looked like. Very disappointing and it was for an apology and was very very important. I felt like they should have sent her another bouquet free. But instead i got a $12.00 credit.

The flowers I ordered were initially delivery to the shop "frozen." I received a phone call stating this with an apology and we worked out additional details. It was offered to "upgrade" the bouquet for my trouble. I appreciated this.
Very simple. Tried another online florist and couldn't get a delivery until after December 2 in this zip code. Thank you for making this delivery possible. Delivery was needed by 2 PM and flowers were at the funeral home in plenty of time. Thanks.

Only negative was that I was unable to Unselect a Mylar balloon, so had to start over...
After delivery, recipient sent me a photo of the flowers, and they didn't contain the lilies that were shown in the exhibit. As that is what I wanted most, I was very disappointed. Otherwise, service and website are fine.

They were not able to deliver my plant on the date that I requested but were very timely in getting ahold of me to let me know and made my order right. They then contacted me to say that they did not have the exact flowers that I had ordered and that they would provide an upgrade at no cost. The recipient of the flowers was delighted but I actually don't know what the arrangement looks like. The communication from fromyouflowers was very good throughout, however.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
