I have used your service twice now and am very satisfied with the results.
The online shopping was great, ordering was simple & pricing was very reasonable. However I am not happy at all with the florist thatfulfilled the order. First I paid an additional 2.99 so the arrangement could be delivered on Sunday the day I ordered it. Then I typed a message to be sent with the arrangement along with a get well card signed by my husband and myself. The online order was placed around 9:30 at 2:30 I received a phone call from the florist stating they couldn't find a store open for them to get the Teddy Bear that was the biggest part of the arrangement. They stated they would have it delivered on Monday before 5pm and to make up for this the arrragement would be bigger and they would send a note stating that it was suppose to be deliveried yesterday. I reluctently agreed. Well I come to find out Monday Night around 8pm that the arrangement/gift ( Plush Teddy Bear with a Mylar get well balloon, and a smiley faced Sunflower in a vase) was indeed delivered but without my message or the one they were suppose to attach stating it was to be delivered the day before. Plus there was nothing additional added. But the worst part was there was no card attached. The patient had no idea who sent it until we spoke with the spouse and ask if the gift was received. The message I had typed in the message box online was the best part of the whole arrangement, It told the Bears name and why we were sending him. The arrangement without the message didn't have the effect that I was trying to give my friend. Very Very disappointed and will not use this Florist ever again.
A bit pricey, but beautiful flowers and a same-day delivery option. All well worth it!

Best price for flowers online - they were not purple as ordered, but pink instead. Not what I had intended since they were for a 1st time great-grand mother after the birth of her great-grandson (would not have chosen pink for a baby boy). She said they were lovely and she appreciated them very much.

Also, while I understand your shipping and handling charges, it does look suspicious that my A/X saving pretty much equal your s&h charges.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
