Also, while I understand your shipping and handling charges, it does look suspicious that my A/X saving pretty much equal your s&h charges.
The quick and ease to select and placed your order is superb. I ordered the flower arrangement, Pink n Pretty Bouquet. The arrangement my wife received was very different than the one depicted on your web page. The vase was different and the ratio of pink was less than that on your page. If my selection was not available, I would have expected a call from the florist to change my order. None was received - disappointed, big let down.
Best prices I could find for delivery! Amazing, truly AMAZING customer service. They answered my emails (yep, all 3) within in an hour and it wasn't a generic response! It was an actual answer to my questions. Thank you!

I've used FromYouFlowers twice now and I've had a similar experience each time. The ordering process is simple and easy to use. The flower selection is very good and the site is well organized between what is available same-day, next-day, etc. My issue is that both times I have used the service it has been for same-day delivery and both times the florist was unable to make this happen after receiving a confirmation guarantee. Granted, customer service was good about calling me to update me about the situation and to offer me a refund on my expedited delivery, which I appreciate, but it is clear I cannot rely on this company for same-day flower delivery. I am grateful for the gracious customer service but I can no longer use or recommend a company that "guarantees" its delivery times when each time I have used it it has failed to deliver in the time promised.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
