My overall experience was good, and possibly worth what I paid, but I was shocked at the "handling" charge. The advertised price was great, but when handling doubles the price, well, let's just say I was quite taken aback.
Quick and easy to to order. Flowers arrived late, but they refunded my expedited delivery fee.
The flowers were nothing like the picture. I could have gone to jewel and done one of their 3 bunches for $12 and had the same result. Color combination was awful. Would not recommend ordering from here.

Everything good, would be great w/o svc charge
I ordered the "Bright Blue Sky Bouquet" for my granddaughter, to be delivered on Wednesday 11/13. She was MVP of her highschool varsity softball team. The school colors are blue & gold - so this bouquet was perfect. However, when it was delivered there were no blue flowers - just pink, white, yellow. I contacted customer service & a new correct bouquet was delivered on Saturday 11/15. I did get the correct flowers but the effect wasn't the same. I really wanted her school colors & the delivery time was also important. A bit anticlimactic since she had already received the wrong ones.
Wish you could put things in your cart without having to fill out a card beforehand.
The purchase process was extremely easy, I ordered flowers around 8am and by 2pm same day my sister in Tampa had already received the flowers. However she only received 2 of the six balloons I ordered which was really disappointing, and thus the overall look of the delivery was not impressive. The flowers were nice but not great, lots of buds so maybe more beautiful when all opened. I contacted customer service and the representative was genuinely apologetic and promptly advised that the cost of the missing balloons would be refunded and she also sent me a $10 gift card. Would have preferred if the $10 was credited to this order instead.
Was just hoping ordered basket would arrive on Thursday for Friday am out-of-state funeral, as ordered! AND was not disappointed: the arrangement was beautiful, and we were very satisfied. Would not hesitate to recommend your services to friends in the future.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
