I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my daughter in WA DC. The arrangement is beautiful but the red flowers used in the arrangement were wilted. The arrangement was watered. The flowers died two days later. I'm so disappointed. This was to last her for weeks not days. I will purchase from fromyouflowers.com if I know the flowers used are new. Delivery time was the best I could ask for. Overall my experience was positive.

My shopping experience was excellent. One suggestion though would be delivery options for hospitals specifically. Other florist websites I've used have had this option and it really helps. My mother loved her flowers and the teddy bear as well. The flowers were beautiful and we were both very satisfied with them. They were delivered before noon as I had requested and looked almost identical to the pictures on the website. I will definitely use this site again and would recommend it to others. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

Quick and easy. Not mobile friendly. I can't click the "yes" icon for follow-up. Only displays no option. Please DO follow up with me in regards to the order. It won't let me click yes.
I thought the handling fee was very pricey for the amount of the flowers. I felt that fee should have been provided BEFORE order was placed. The flowers were $34.99 and the handling fee was $14.99--that's about 40%.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
