Website very easy to use. Flowers not delivered on time even though my 'same day' timer had over two hours remaining on it. I still had to pay the extra fee for delivery anyway but was reluctantly offered an upgrade on flowers as compensation.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
