Website very easy to use. Flowers not delivered on time even though my 'same day' timer had over two hours remaining on it. I still had to pay the extra fee for delivery anyway but was reluctantly offered an upgrade on flowers as compensation.

The bouquet was a little small to be considered a "deluxe" size bouquet is my only complaint.
I am disappointed that I ordered multiple items to be delivered to the same person and I am being charged 2 delivery charges.
Also, there were supposed to be 2 cards included with the order. The flowers did not come with the card I chose and the message I sent.
Also, I believed the flowers were going to be delivered by a florist. It was not clear the flowers were being sent in a box.
