I paid extra for same day and under four hour delivery and that didn't happen. I was told I would be reimbursed and that didn't happen. What's the point of posting for something and not getting it. I send flowers quite often and I was really disappointed. Thus is only the second time I have used your service but not impressed. The last time I used your service I did not pay for the 4 hour delivery and said that she would be at work until 5 and the flower showed up at 4:45. When women receive flowers at work they like to show them off and unfortunately she did not get to do that.
Your website would not allow me to pay through paypal. I received an email stating the $14.99 fee would be waived but it was not applied. The delivery was supposed to happen monday but didn't get delivered until wednesday. The flowers didn't last more than a week. Customer service tried to make it right but I was extremely dissatisfied with this transaction.

The only thing I was not happy about is: the flowers were sent from three people and it did not give me enough letters to put both first and last names. Not a deal breaker. Just thought you should know. I loved everything else. I will buy my next flowers from you. Thank you.
