The bouquet I ordered for my parents made it all right but it looked like the flowers were dying and had been placed in the vase without any care or arrangement at all.
It made me not trust in that a quality product would be delivered.
Was on several other websites, and yours was the easiest to use - that's why you got the sale!
Different flowers delivered (yellow roses not orange), $5 mylar ballon was popped (driver stated his tailgate popped it). I sent pictures on an email, then was asked to more detailed description of the problems.
The flowers were satisfactory. Delivery was unsatisfactory. The person left the flowers failed to ask for the recipient, who was home at the time. It took over an hour to track down where the flowers were left. Also the website tracker was not updated and I could not get delivery confirmation for almost 2 hours--even with phone calls and emails. I wanted the flowers to be a surprise but instead it was a hassle hunting them down.
I didn't personally see the flowers but the recipient said they were beautiful. I chose to shop here because I was looking for someone who wasn't going to charge me a $15 handling fee on top of the cost of the flowers.
What was delivered did not look like the picture. Was smaller and fewer flowers. Was shocked and disappointed

I bought flowers for my wife's birthday. I chose this page for the same day within 4 hours becuase it had such high reviews. I'm stationed in HI and unfortunately they don't tell you that they have to be ordered by 10am to get same day and I work nights so my order wasnt placed till 11am. I wasn't told till 5pm and had spent the day getting chewed out by my wife because she thought that I had forgotten her birthday. The flowers didn't show up till the next day at about 6pm and they didn't have all the flowers that I ordered.

When the flowers were received THEY WERE NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ORDERED,... THE FLOWERS WERE WILTED AND SOME WERE DEAD. I was NOT happy with the florist that was used and will most likely NOT use that florist again.
The CSR from foryouflowers, gave me a "discount" and a giftcard to use again but i'm not sure i want to order flowers from here again.
I ordered the flowers from CO and they were sent to a friend in WI. I could not see the
Arrangement. However, others who saw them & let me know the delivery had been made,

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
