The plants delivered where significantly smaller and fewer than shown on website.
Flowers were delivered promptly the next day as requested. It looked exactly as I expected from my selection on line. A picture was taken and sent back to me. I do say the flowers were beautiful. My friend was very pleased with the unexpected delivery.
Was surprised at the 14.99 fee at the end. That info should be upfront when folks are ordering. Thankfully you sent me an email and waived it so I used your 4.99 a.m. delivery option. Should be a fee. Just NOT SO MUCH!

Everything was easy except entering my credit card infor & moving on.
Easy transaction, trust the arrangement will be just as beautiful, and arrive prior to services.
I do not like the final price showing up only at the very end of the transaction.That handling fee appears bogus especially when there already is a charge of $2.95 for the same day delivery. Why don't you show total price right away? Also, showing the price for the "standard" bouquet on your main page is again a kind of making me asking-why? I think it would be better just showing the price range there.

The smaller Astral flowers that were in the arrangement were already wilting. The arrangement delivered was not the one I ordered but only contained similar colors. I was NOT contacted to by anyone letting me know my order would be late, rather I had to contact customer service asking why my order was not delivered.
I sent these to a neighbor and did not see the actual delivery. I will have to ask them if they were happy with the product but the delivery and website were great.
WORST flower experience I have ever had. Your customer service people were very sweet and helpful, but the flowers weren't delivered even close to the time. It was my daughter in laws 21st birthday and a very hard day for her for many reasons and this was important to me and to her. It took 2 phone calls to your support staff and 3 emails. She finally got them but almost right as she was leaving for work.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
