The picture with my order showed at least 8 beautiful flowers on the bonsai tree... the one received had 1, not including the 1 smashed one that had fallen off during the delivery. I'm pretty disappointed and hope that more will bloom soon.

To place an order was easy. All the extras were hard you give so many extra items other sites do not offer I paid for and did not receive same day delivery. Had a customer service rep named John Speak rude to me this was not a good experience. The can look it up when you make the report to them. My order # was *******- **************-2242. T will never order from them again and have posted bad reviews on the internet.

I paid extra for same day delivery and did not receive same day delivery. The compensated me with a larger bouquet but let's be honest. Flowers the day AFTER the event are not the same. I was very disappointed.

If you have an option to deliver within a certain time you should guarantee it. My mom waited all day to receive her flowers for her birthday. When I called customer service the lady didn't know where the driver was and could not get a hold of him/her. I got my money back but there was no explanation as to where or when the delivery was. She didn't know anything. So I'm just saying that if your reps don't know where their loved ones gift is then they don't need to work there or you all need to change how you do business. She wasted her whole day waiting for the flowers that I sent her.
