So l planned flowers' delivery at hotel. First of all - nobody gave a call to the recipient. So the birthday girl got the flowers at 11 pm, when l asked her husband to check it out. They said flowers were delivered at 11 am, but l got confirming email only at 7 pm when l started emailing them about my order.
The bouquet looked much more plain and smaller than in the picture (l ordered the size "as shown").
You know when l make order from different state with a big difference in time l want everything to be nice since l can not manage it. They say "we care" but it's not truth. They just left flowers at reception and forgot about this order until l showed up.
Will think twice before making order with them again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
