I decided to order flowers for a family member and paid for same day delivery during the time allotted for same day delivery. However, customer service called me several hours later stating the florist would not be able to deliver the product the same day. The customer service representative told me they would refund the same day delivery charge. However, as of today, the money has not been refunded.
My second issue is that the flowers pictured online that I ordered was not the arrangement that was delivered. I understand that the flowers pictured on the website may not look exactly like what is delivered. However, I would expect the colors to be the same. I ordered a very colorful arrangement with bright yellow, purple, and red. What was delivered was a dull, boring arrangement with the yellow and purple, but no red roses. The red roses were replaced with a dull pink rose that made the arrangement look boring and dull. I was very disappointed. The florist should try to provide a flower that makes an arrangement pop and look vibrant, even if they run out of certain flowers. It is unclear why the florist didn't have all the flowers for my arrangement when it was delivered a day late. I will not be ordering from your site again.

THE FLOWERS I RECEIVED LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE DISPLAY ON THE INTERNET AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE FLOWERS SOME OF THEM WERE ALREADY WILTED. BY SATURDAY EVENING ALOT OF THE FLOWERS WERE WILTED AND TURNING BROWN. THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND A WAIST OF MONEY I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN.HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE YOU CAN GO TO THE SUPERMARKET AND GET A BETTER ARRANGMENT

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
