Yes it was fast and easy but I had to call for a conformation and when my niece sent me a picture of the flowers it didn't even look like what your company posted on their web site,your picture of the flowers I ordered were full and beautiful and my nieces weren't, yes she got flower's like in the picture, was disappointed.

I ordered the flowers at 8:44 am and and paid to have them for 4 hour delivery. They were delivered at 5:20 pm and looked like they have been sitting in a hot car all day. I was very disappointed because someone told me to order from you. The flowers were wilted and looked very bad.

The driver called the recipient and asked until what time she will be at work because he wanted to make sure she would be there when the flowers arrive. What the hell! The surprise was ruined! The recipient called me and asked if I had ordered flowers. This was her birthday surprise and your company ruined it. I called and your rep was unfriendly, she spoke as if she didn't want to work, she didn't care that the was going on. She didn't help at all! Next time I'll be buying from another website and I will go on Google and any media source and post my dissatisfaction.

I was so worried if the flower couldn't be at the Church before the service, so I paid extra, but it was still delivered late, one hour late and after the service, and I couldn't have chance to offer to God on the special Thanks Giving day. I am so devastated. Futhermore, I paid $60 for this delux centerpiece, but I couldn't believe in my eyes that it was so so small the flowers were. This centerpiece was just made me feel so ashame compare to other flower alters that donate to God. I would never order from this place again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
