Second time I've used the service and hope to have another excellent experience.
I appreciated the phone call and the email regarding the issue of the plaque and replacing with a angel. And that they refunded the quick delivery fee. It still got there the same day but not in the next 4 hours from the time I ordered which was fine since it was refunded.
I did not appreciate having to request a rebate for being overcharged initially for a magazine subscription that I neither requested or wanted.

I didnt like that my $15 off was fake because the price was already $10 off and you only took another $5 off instead of another $15. Also last minute shipping and handling fee added was a cheap move. These were sent to an employee for the birth of a baby, I went to visit the day after he received the flowers and balloons. The balloons, pictured had 5-6 that I noticed on the website - what he received was 4 balloons. The flowers that I paid for the larger were very small in person. The flowers were beautiful and fresh BUT not worth what I paid. NOT enough flowers from picture on website to what was delivered.
Will not be using your company anymore! I am sending company gifts to employee's and it makes us "look cheap" when we are actually paying alot of money.
