Found it to be very easy shopping and a good variety of choices. I didn't expect it to be delivered so late in the evening. Other than that, it was fine.
I recently placed 2 seperate orders for funeral arrangements. One order included a large sympathy flower basket from grandchildren to be displayed at a wake and a funeral and a bouquet arrangement for the same services. While the bouquet came true to picture, the deluxe flower basket was highly disappointing. I do not like the typical "funeral arrangement " look and was looking for something nicer and more natural looking. The delivered product was in a cheap basket in the customary triangle funeral arrangement look, filled with mostly green filler, not the abundant flowers as pictured. I regret not having taken a picture of the delivered product to compare to the advertised product. I could have ordered a different arrangement at half the price and expected a nicer display! I was also surprised to be charged a $14.99 delivery charge on each item, not each order! The second order was a casket spray which came true to picture although I requested and paid extra for a banner that was not included in delivered product. I will not order future flower arrangements online as you do not always get what you paid for. I was present at the services and was able to see the products. Beware if you order and are not able to see what is delivered. You don't always recieve what you pay for!
Easy to order but have no idea what the flowers actually looked like that my friend received... It would be great if you could send pictures with the confirmation emails...
I would prefer to give full delivery address before the payment details, otherwise it leaves the doubt if your business is legal/real

Very easy orderding process, dilivery was timely and while I didn't see the plant, everyone said it was extremely pretty.
This is now the 2nd time that I have used from you flowers and the 2nd time that I have been disappointed. First time was that you weren't able to deliver in a timely fashion and now I received a call regarding the item that I ordered and that it wasn't available and you have to substitute. I will not use your business again.
Picture portrayed is not at all like what was recieved. Planter appears much smaller than what one would expect for the money. The planter recieved had four (4) plants, the picture depected at least five (5). Delivered was small pears [fruit] rather than the two flowers [prayer lily and daisies].
Not so happy this time.
Half of the flowers were dead that were delivered to my partner. I was more embarrassed after seeing the flowers in person that I had to buy a new bouquet to make up for it

Ordered flowers to send to my sister for Thanksgiving. I chose an arrangement with a sunflowers since these are my sisters favorite. The bouquet she received was pretty however there was NO sunflower which caused me some disappointment. Also the arrangement I ordered showed a twine bow on vase but my actual order had a big tacky Thanksgiving banner bow on it. Just beware of the fact that your actual order will not be a duplicate of picture shown even if you pay more like I did for the deluxe version.
I thought the delivery driver should have brought them into the business instead of leaving them with the security guard. That made me upset...
