I paid 76.00 for a vase and flowers that on line looked amazing. Then I see a picture of what was delivered as it looks horrible! Nothing like what I ordered I will not recommend your business to anyone! And it was a sympathy bouquet for a family member who died! Just horrible!

I had an email from the company. I was informed that my order couldn't be delivered. I was directed to call the company. I spoke with a rep. Who asked me a few questions. At that point, the issue was resolved and my flowers were delivered as expected.

Good shipping and handling a little pricey
Price jumps like crazy with delivery even if not same day- last order was delivered to wrong town hopefully this one isn't-2nd one didn't come same day. Don't believe got the 'upgrade' size but they did come next day as told after 50 minutes on a phone call.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
