Issue 1: Waited all day for delivery confirmation that never came. I reached out twice by email and finally heard from local florist after 7PM that they found no one home. I asked why they didn't contact me sooner proactively and no reply. Eventually I provided the number of the recipient, spoiling the surprise, and arranged delivery to place of work but was well later.
Issue 2: Arrangement was much smaller (not slightly smaller as advertised) than the advertised picture and was significantly different as well, including different flowers and colors, clear instead of pink vase, and a ribbon that was casually tied around the vase instead of through the flowers as was advertised.
Looked to me as though the local florist didn't even take note of the advertised photo.
Was NOT what was expected. Delivery re sent next day, same arrangemt w/5 red roses.
Wanted "Tangerine Supreme Bouquet". Rec'd nothing orange, nothing pink or purple. Awful. Ugly yellow & green arrangement w/5 roses added to appease me. Nothing "multicolorful or cheery", I was embarrassed when she posted pics of the 2 bouquets on Facebook.
Poor quality for the price
When I ordered the snack basket for my dad, I thought I was getting the items in the basket, my dad did not receive even half of what I thought he was getting. I thought he was getting chips, candy bars in with his basket and he got cookies in a small box with hardly anything in them, and lots of chocolate stuff that I did not even see in the basket. Very disappointed in what my dad got. He told me the stuff he got, and none of it but the peanuts were what I thought I had ordered. For the price, the portion and items were a huge disappointment because most of it I didn't plan on him getting. My dad likes salty stuff. Only going to shop again because I am receiving a gift card for my disappointment, but after I use it, I will not be using this site again.
I think you should lower the service fee. The order was not delivered on the day that I requested. It was received a day later. Not good business especially when I get an email saying that my order was delivered. My mother received it s day later.

I paid for express early delivery and it was late. I called your number, and was told it shipped UPS and there was nothing you could do. Then I called UPS, got shunted around 3 times, finally explained that my wife's company would be closed at 7 Pm the day before thanksgiving and it would not help to try and deliver it then. After I basically was a jerk with about 3 people at UPS--only way to get their attention--they did deliver the order to the loading dock--not office--at my wife's office. So she at least eventually got the order. Horrible service by everyone involved.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
