The florist not only ruined the surprise by calling and advising the recipient of the flower order a day before the specified date but, despite charging me a delivery fee, did not deliver to the address I specified but delivered to the recipient's office. I am beyond disappointed. I will NEVER use this company again and will do everything in my power to keep any of my friends from being ripped off by them the way I was.

When she brought them home I noticed they where a small bunch instead of the larger bunch I purchased so I feel that the florist you used ripped me off and intern ripped you off.

This has been great.
I paid over fifty dollars for this arrangement and when it came to the hospital its was much smaller than the picture portrayed and wasn't nearly as full, so I was a bit dissapointed in that. It was pretty though and it did arrive on time.
This was so easy. Much easier and faster than other sites!
