The only thing was that I had ordered chocolates and the recipient stated that she got cookies instead. It was fine, but it would be nice to have that clarified on the site that it could be cookies OR chocolates that get delivered.

The only thing I don't like is that the delivery charge isn't shown until the very end. I couldn't have called and ordered directly to a florist and it would have been less that what it was.
For the amount I paid for the flowers. I expected at least a medium size bouquet. The flowers were very small. Wasn't satisfied at all. Since I had to go out again to buy another bouquet of flowers. Do not think I will use fromyourflowers in the future.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
