I spent some time using this site because of the 15 AMEX Promo. Then you slapped on a 14.99 service fee, on top of a same day delivery charge- not to mention 39.99 is well overpriced for this particular selection-SAVED NOTHING!
I sent the flowers to my family for Thanksgiving and they messaged me a picture of them and they loved them.
I'm suremy delivery issues were due to the timing of the holiday but they missed the next day delivery and because of the holiday it sat another day in the box. Most flowers were still buds but I was disappointed that it didn't get delivered on time.
Was TOTALLY FRUSTRATED at 1800Flowers...saw your name on the AMEX offers and thought I'd give you a try. So far I am VERY IMPRESSED with your website, the products, and the pricing. Thank you
UPDATE: I requested that the flowers and chocolates be delivered on December 2 (the day before my mom's birthday). Instead, they were delivered the day before Thanksgiving...a bit early...if this was to be the case I wish I would have been contacted first. Other than the very early delivery, the order was fine. My mom loved the flower and chocolates.
Pretty easy. The arrangement was smaller than I expected and the flowered we're not as fresh as I would have liked but the recipients were pleased and said the delivery man was very nice.

After placing my order I realized that I had not included a message for one of the recipients. I contacted customer service via email, advised them of my problem and asked if the included message could be placed with the order. I received an answer SHORTLY thereafter advising me they had taken care of it and if there was anything else I needed. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALIVE AND WELL!
Both recipients advised me the flowers were beautiful. Both commented on the colors and quality of the flowers. In the past I had used another online floral service for everything from wedding showers to funerals. "fromyouflowers.com" is now my only floral service and has it's own "short-cut" key on my desk top.
As my mother is in an assisted living facility 10 hours from my home, I frequently send her little pick-me-ups just to let her know I'm thinking of her and to brighten her day. She really enjoys receiving floral gifts, the staff always comments about them and has let me know how much her attitude and general well-being benefits from receiving a remembrance from her daughter.

Easy and cheaper than other florist. My daughter & son-in law are the ones I sent it to & she said it was very nice. They even called her to tell them it had been delivered. She called a neighbor & she brought them in for them till they got home from work. Very courtesy!
