Order was for before noon, it was delivered after noon but I will be refunded the expedite $4.99 charge which is good. I paid $128.00 for an arrangement I could have probably gotten the same for half the price, I think I paid for 25% - 50% of total cost to a middle man.
I paid extra to make sure they was delivered before noon on the 26th and they delivered at 2:15 on the 26th
I wasn`t very happy with my order, it didn`t look like what i ordered from the picture. Seemed to be 7 roses and 5 carnations.
My wife seemed to be happy but she didn`t pay for them, guess i will chalk it up to a learning experience.

Hoping delivery is on time.
None of the back side fees were up front. Bait and switch we call it in minnesota. Piracy on the open seas. Stealing no matter how you call it. I thought I was getting free today service for $21.99 and end up paying 50 plus. I will be sending this to our attorney general.
Your pricing seemed to be a better value then a couple other sites I visited. However the flower condition was poor and looked like Half were wilted!

The service was quick and professional. The flowers I ordered weren't in stock so a representative called to let me know they would be changing the flowers. They were very courteous, and asked my permission to change them before doing so. I just wish I would have known before I placed the order.

I thought for a premium price point the flowers would be a lot more. It was not close to a premium product, despite paying an additional fee for it. That was highly disappointing.
The picture is way flashier than the execution of the arrangement. It was a beautiful piece when not compared to the picture on the site, I'm disappointed, definitely pricey however it was a delivery and I'm happy she got it in good time.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
