You need to tell people about your substantial service charge up front. I was surprised to find out that I would be charged $35 instead of the $19.99 as advertised.
The flowers were delivered on time, but what a woeful bouquet! I almost cried when I saw it. The handful of flowers looked like they had been thrown into the vase half-hazardly, and were about to fall out. Some of the blossoms are already beginning to wilt. I took them directly out of the inappropriately sized vase and gave them a better home. I don't think I'll be using this service again, sadly.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
