I was excited until I got to the payment & saw the total, I think the shipping is way to much.

I am very disappointed appointed in the flower arrangement that was delivered to my best friend for her birthday! It is NOT the arrangement that I ordered! I ordered something big, BRIGHT, and cheerful...being that she has to spend her birthday 'inside' due the coronavirus situation! I also wanted the flowers to be BRIGHT and cheerful to 'brighten' up their house...which would hopefully brighten up their days being quarantined! I also ordered 'premium'...and I DEFINITELY could have gotten a much better looking arrangement at my local 'grocery store'! I would hate to see what a 'regular' arrangement looked like! I expect a much higher level of 'quality' when ordering flowers from a 'florist'! It's sad when the flower arrangements & options in my local grocery store...are of much better quality than a 'professional florist'! I will never order from this company again...and I would discourage others to NOT order from this company either!

Great selection and fair prices
Very simple and easy with great options. Unfortunately I came accross delivering issues, they sent an emaile before stating the flowers had been delivered in which they had not. Then I had a hard time trying to reach someone by email and by phone to verify things. I had to send out 4 emails before I got one response hrs later. I was put on hold for very long periods at a time. Then after all that the vase looks nothing like I ordered, and I got the deluxe flowers and it didnt seemed deluxe at all. Looks like they were missing flowers in the arrangement. I was really disappointed. These flowers were for my mom, it was her birthday, and because of the virus going around. This is the first year her family couldnt take her out. The flowers were suppose to lift her spirits. I like your service but please do better, with what you advertise versus the quality you get. I spent almost $70 for a very small amount of flowers inside a basic vase. There was nothing bold about the flowers like they were advertised
