Ordered flowers yesterday for delivery and had to order another one today because they "ran out of stock" and didn't let me know until I called in because the flowers weren't delivered. Had to purchase a different type of flower that is very cheap compared to the roses I ordered originally. This was a birthday present. It's now about to be a belated present because I had to pay the Saturday premium to even get her the flowers. Awful customer service. Will not be ordering from this company ever again.

I contacted your customer representative and it was expressed that they were sorry that I was not satisfied. I was offered a $15.00 gift certificate and discount on sale price of 30%. Was surprised by amount of service charge. Maybe let it be known upfront in the transaction. The flowers arrived promptly and happened to be in my Daughters favorite colors. Very nice.
The flowers didn't not come same day, however you did try to make amends for that. But when the flowers did show up they did not look like my order. Yes it had roses and lilies, but the lillies were not the same color, the vase in the picture was red, the vase they showed up in was a generic clear glass vase. Luckily she still loved them, but it was not what i ordered.
