The recipient said the flowers were beautiful and they were delivered very quickly - a few hours after I ordered them. The online experience was easy and there were lots of selections. Pictures of the different selections helped but it would be nice to know the dimensions of the regular, deluxe, and premium versions of the arrangements. Prices of the arrangements looked reasonable but the handling/service charges added at checkout raised the final price considerably and seem excessive.

The product looked nothing like the picture. Delivery time was great, but price was kinda high for only having 4 or 5 roses in there. Wasnt packed full like the photo on the website showed. Everything was exactly as ordered. My only concern was that the delivery was supposed to be on Sunday but it came on Saturday with no advance notice that it was coming early. Fortunately we were home to receive it. However I would definitely order from them again.
Shipping cost was not mentioned in the early part of the ordering process. Thank you for eventually offering free shipping. Also, I never got to see a picture on the website of the actual item I ordered. I would have liked that. Thanks!
I sent flowers to a family member, and understand that they arrived and that the recipient loved them. I was unable to see the finished product, so I will have to rely on the reaction of my family member.
Only thing was that the flowers were not the ones that we're pictured. I understand that some flowers are not available. But these were suppose to be bright and they came in the color pink. I was not happy with color choice which I had not made. Other then that all else was good.

I ordered three separate orders in one day. First order delivered to Seattle was amazing.
The secon two orders were delivered in Manchester,NH. They were pathetic! I spent over $70 for each basket. One of the orders could not have been worth more than $15.00. And the other maybe $18.00. I will not use this service again!
