Web ordering was simple and efficient. Pricing was good. I ordered the flowers for same day delivery. They did not arrive. I called customer service. The lady I spoke with was very kind and worked to find out why my order didn't get there as scheduled. She was told "delivery was attempted - but was told the recipient was not working that day". That was not the case. If fact, my daughter (the recipient) was the only person staffing the office that day and was in the office from 8:30 -5:30. No one came by. No one called regarding a flower delivery.
The flowers were for a special occasion. I was very disappointed that they didn't arrive as scheduled.
Quick and easy, I was told the last delivery was beautiful, that's why I'm ordering again.
I contacted customer service to get an estimative time of delivery and they told me around 3pm, So since was my husband and mother in law gift for their birthday. I live in Fl and is always sunny outside... I was counting to be home by 3pm since that was the estimated delivery and the package arrived at 12:30pm... so the box set outside with sun for almost 3 hours...
That is my only complaint... that the time should have been more exact to avoid leaving the food staing outside in the heat
So far, its been wonderful. I will see tomorrow when Grandma gets her flowers.
I ordered flowers on Sunday to be delivered that day but the shop was closed because of illness. I received a call within minutes of placing the order online to inform me of the problem. I was fine with a Monday delivery and was given an upgrade on my order, nice! The flowers delivered were beautiful but not the Christmas bouquet I had ordered. Was expecting the upgrade on the bouquet I had ordered. I would use this florist again because of the fast response to my order.

I paid an extra $4.99 to be delivered within 4hrs of purchase, but it wasn't delivered until after the 4hr window. Other than that, this is a wonderful company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
