I placed my order on 12/9/14 to be delivered on 12/12/14. Order was not delivered on 12/12/14 as scheduled and numerous emails were exchanged with attempts to correct non performance towards service that was not provided. In fact, personnel seem to not believe me when I repeatly told them that this order had not been delivered and insisted on waiting for the florist to confirm delivery had been made. I also received a delivery confirmation after I had notified your company that a problem existed. Can't wait to see if anyone will follow up on this performance. Highly unlikely! Guaranteed delivery on time, right!
Had to call on the 12/12/14 cuz some just left the flowers on the front door nd wasnt the right flowera i ordered nd ballon was more for a kid nd to top that off they forgot the chocolate box.then on the 12/13/14 they delivered kinda the right flowers but with no ballon or the box of chocolates again i calles the num for deland no respond i called the 1800 number nd no reapons im very disapointed nd ithink i deserve a discount nd a discount on this order plz call me@ *******658

I thought a stand would be included. Our flowers were hung from a door frame and looked a little silly. I am wondering if the stand was supposed to be provided by the Funeral Home or the Florist?
OMG YOU ARE BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE USED IN A LONG TIME. The flowers at the service were BEAUTIFUL AND BIG! I thought since i bought the regular size they would be small like most florists do...they were huge.and a main flower highlighted. They were lovely and such a surprise. The banner was very well done...this young lady that passed was only 35-.very sad.these flowers added some brightness to this solemn sad occasion. You all are fabulous. I will order from you again and again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
