I am not very happy at all that I paid extra for delivery before noon Friday, I knew my mom would be out of the house after that time and I called at 12:05 to see where the flowers were, the lady told me they were on the way. No In fact they arrived at 4:30 Friday FOUR whole hours after I paid extra for! This is unacceptable for me as a first time
Customer and will most likely not buy from you all again, unless you can prove to me you will do better. Such as giving me my money back for the shipping early charge and shipping fee. This would be more then fair. Please contact me back with an answer.
I was a little shocked that the service fee was just as much as the flowers I ordered. That seemed a little pricey. That would be the only reason I would shop somewhere else for flowers. But my friend loved them and the picture she sent looked beautiful! Thank you :)
Your website was easy to navigate and i was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable prices. The plant/flower basket delivered to my aunt's funeral was a little different than what was pictures on the website (basket color and flower type) BUT it was still very nice. Overall, I

The picture didn't reflect the quality or quantity of flowers in the arrangement. I paid for an upgrade and when they were finally delivered there were more greens than flowers and were thrown together in a haphazard and sloppy manner.
The order looked nothing like I ordered. I did get a 20% refund but the reality is it was a get well gift and it looked cheap. The florist contacted should not be used again.
My decision to send flowers was an impulse and needed to be done quickly, I looked at 1800flowers as I had heard their radio add on espn but they didn't deliver on the day I needed so I looked into this site and was very happy
I was very pleased with the beautiful flowers and the very professional service that was rendered. I received a phone call alerting me to their concerns about the length of time between requested delivery and the funeral service scheduled; they asked for permission to adjust things so the flowers would be at their peak of freshness for the service. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.:-)

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
