Had 2 baskets sent to friend n family. Both were received in good shape and quality ingredients although the contents varied by location.
A delivery man left a message saying he doesn't know how to enter the gated community and he somewhat did not feel comfortable by calling a video relay for the deaf. I tried to call twice but did not leave but on the third attempt, he answered and said he found and two seconds to my door. I answered the door.
I was somewhat disappointed with the product but okay.

Just a little disappointed that the actual 'container' that I ordered had to be substituted for something else. It was specific for a reason. It would have been nice to be able to have input to what the substitute would be. Otherwise a good transaction.
I was pleasantly surprised, as this was the first time I used this company and I was stumped. I called the number on the website and spoke with a nice young lady named Melody to complete my transaction.
The only problem I had was that I paid extra for del by noon.The flowers arrived at 6:30pm. Other than that it was all good.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
