When we received the flowers they were in disarray as though they had been dropped or fallen over. We had to tuck and try to make suitable for viewing just an hour away. The letter "d" was missing in husband. Overall the flowers themselves were pretty, someone just did not do a good job arranging them.
I purchased the flower with a balloon for extra $5 and the flower delivered without the balloon.
On the picture of the flower showed 24 red roses and red carnations but the actual one delivered was with exactly half of the flowers, 8 red roses and 4 red carnations. I paid $67.98 for the product in the website picture but received something does not look anything like what I ordered. I will be calling the customer services tomorrow and try to get the refund for the balloon which I have never received. I don't know who is responsible for this, local florist or fromyouflowers.com, but I don't think I will be using this service again in the future.
The flowers were very reasonably priced. When my mother received them they were absolutely beautiful! I live in Australia and she is in America. I was very happy with this company!
I ordered the red,white and blue sympathy basket specifically for my uncle who was a Korean War veteran. What I got was unacceptable because it was white and purple flowers only with a white ribbon. No patriotic theme at all. The size was good though.

Delivery wasn't on time
I placed 4 orders: One to be delivered on 12/11/14, and it was. The recipient will send me a photo, but at this time I can't rate my satisfaction with the orders appearance. HOWEVER, the remaining 3 orders were to be delivered on 12/18/14. I received a thank you for one of the orders (#*******) which was delivered on 12/11/14 ~ not happy about that! I trust that order #******* and # ******* will be delivered on 12/18/14 as requested. Please be advised that this will be my final order if these two orders aren't delivered on the correct date.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
