The arrangement looked nothing like the photo representation in the website. Cheap artificial white poinsettias (3) when the photo on your website showed Cala lilies. Arrived in a ugly brown basket (not white like the photo). I was too embarrassed to even give it to the person I bought it for. I clearly said this was a birthday arrangement - why poinsettia's? Baby's breath or anything but a Christmas flower - and fake ones at that. $50 for this? Outrageous!
Nice items, but service charge is very expensive. $35 worth of product, and an additional $15 service fee is pretty steep!
