First issue was that "same day delivery" wasn't "same day". Still took another entire day to receive the bouquet. After tacking on all the extra fees, pricing wasn't great at all. (Supposed to receive 2.99 for the wrong day delivery...paultry amount. I felt like the bouquet was much smaller than portrayed. Felt like a bait and switch. They were pretty and matched the types ordered, just disappointed it wasn't what I thought. Very disappointed in the whole event. I should have called locally in the receiving city. That way a local shop would have gotten more out the transaction than they probably did by being contracted by fromyouflowers.com. Live and learn.
Good selection of arrangements; courteous service over the phone, too.
The item ordered and the item received were worlds apart. Ordered a flower B'day Cake. Should have been round, contained at least 2 different flower colors and small b'day candles. Received an oblong Easter Centerpiece of plain white mums, with 2 pink ribbons at either end and a huge 10" white table candle in the center. Clearly not a cake and VERY disappointing. Looked cheap and like it cost less than $10, not the $55 plus delivery it cost. The 'fromyouflowers" company refunded me 30% of my cost ($14) which did nothing to eliminate my disappointing experience as the arrangement was to celebrate the 50th b'day of my daughter since we couldn't get together as a result of the Covid19 virus restrictions. They should have contacted the florist and insisted on a reasonable replacement or refunded the entire amount. I've ordered these flower cakes before and have never been so disappointed with the product as I am with this one.
I will never do business with this online company or the florist they used locally again.

Fast, efficient and beautiful arrangement
I've used you guys before and loved it, I sent my parents a care package/gift basket to cheer them up during these times. They called me when they got it and my dad sounded like a kid on Christmas morning he loves his snacks and guess you pretty much covered all his favorites. They showed me a pic of it and it was bigger then I expected they LOVED it.Thanks for helping me make their day.

Make sure no substitions
Not impressed with the cost or the options. By cost I mean the outrageous handling fee.
My order ******* was called orange chiffon. It was supposed to have orange roses and lillies. I paid premium ($70) Delivery was the same day (also paid extra for that). What was received was mostly white and pink flowers with 3 orange sprigs. Very dissatisfied. If I had wanted a basic pink and white bouquet, I would have ordered it. They shouldn't have change my order when I chose premium. They should have added MORE of the SAME type of flowers and not change the entire color scheme.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
