It may be the delivery service used but it look nothing like the pic. Look literally thrown together. But my kid was happy so it works just fine! Thank you for making Easter happen when we're miles away.
Delivery instructions were not followed. I requested delivery for April 9 as a birthday surprise but the flowers were delivered on the same day that I ordered them - April 3.
The arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. Not as shown, no Mason jar, no sunflowers, only deep burgundy and red flowers, large dahlias and carnations only. I have a photo of what was ordered and what was delivered if you'd like to see. Instead of a cute farmstead look arrangement, we received something you could grab from a convenience store. It was an Easter gift for someone close to our family.
It was nice and easy, although I didn't like the idea of not being able to place flowers into my cart while I searched for more options.

Good prices. One I wanted initially couldn't be shipped to the requested zip code but happy with what i ordered. However it arrived much later in the day than I expected, which actually was fine, just something to note. My main issue is that it appears they replaced the red flowers with white ones so the arrangement was not as colorful and bright as I had hoped. I spent a long time deciding which ones to order and finally chose one based on the fact it had RED in it to brighten the arrangement. The white flowers didn't give it as much color. I knew they may substitute flowers but I thought it would be the same color as the website.
The recipients of the flowers were very, very pleased with their gifts. Thank you for making this Easter a little brighter. I hope you, your families and work families stay healthy and safe.

What was received was not at all like the picture on your website. The picture had purple accent flowers and three different colored tulips. What was received had no purple accent flowers and only one color tulip. I especially chose the bouquet because of its cheerful colors. It was to support my daughter, a Nurse Practioner,whose husband and 6-year-old son are living in different cities to keep her family safe. Her husband is a high risk. She especially likes tulips which is another reason I choose this bouquet
The advertised price (free delivery) was not what was shown on the order after several tries, I gave up.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
