Great experience. I ordered 5 items to be delivered to the same address, but was charged the full delivery fee 5 times (resulting in over $70 in delivery charges). Other than that, I was very pleased with the product and timely delivery.

To Charge such a high shipping cost and when I leave the website to search other florist options you suddenly give me free shipping.just offer free shipping to all customers from the get go! I am hopeful your flowers are as pretty in the pictures on your website. I do appreciate the contact free option to customers!

The bouquet that was selected on-line was not the bouquet received. Not sure why I bothered selecting a specific bouquet to get a different arrangement all together.

The flowers are beautiful, but the fees at the end are upsetting. You have the customer already enter their card before you actually show them the real price. Be upfront with the pricing and stop hiding fees like the service and delivery. The costumer wants to know these things before the end.

Very disappointed. I paid for the medium bouquet and was very disappointed. I would say the value of the flowers would be about 15.00 I paid 39.99. Would not purchase from them again.

The flowers were very disappointing

The flowers were very disappointing. NOTHING like what I ordered! Very upset with what was delivered to my daughter! I ordered a purple bouquet- she just had a baby boy. The bouquet arrived w/ pink Rose's in it, not the purple roses it was supposed to contain!

Your website said the flowers cost $39 (reduced from $49) and only after we put in our credit card details do you say it costs $49 with no discount. However flowers arrived in good condition and unlike those from some companies looked at least as nice as those on the website

My son received the basket

My son received the basket. I paid $50, not including the shipping and tax, tor the basket with goodies. The selection of goodies was small in quantity for the money ibpaid, and the balloon that I paid an extra 3 dollar a for was my with the basket at all. Thankfully my son is 10 so receiving anything to him is all that matters, but the quality of the basket that we received was terrible. Looked like someone just threw some snacks together without a second thought. I want a partial reimbursement for the items that weren't received. Namely the ballonnthay we didn't get, as well as for the lack of treats. Will not buy from this website ever again.

I ordered from Iowa online and asked that the flowers be delivered to our family in North Carolina. Our family Face Timed when the flowers were received so that I could see what we bought. Very impressed! Looked fresh and beautiful! Will use fromyouflowers.com again!
