I didn't know until check out that there would be a $15 service charge. Pretty annoyed with the sticker shock on sending some flowers.

All AOK, except no listing of funeral homes on site! Had to exit, refer to "Vindy" to search funeral home's address and phone no., then reload to finish my order. Apparently neither 24/7 nor same day applies to all cities and should be so noted before accepting order and confirmation of same.
I would like to see the actual size and arrangement of the item being sent to get a better idea

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
