I ordered a deluxe gift basket that was guaranteed to include meat, cheese, and crackers along with several other item that were subject to change. I picked this basket on the website because it looked very nice and worth the price. I was happy with my delivery time, but very disappointed with the contents in my basket. The "cheese and crackers" that I was guaranteed was 2 individual packets of breadstick and processed cheese dip you put in a kids lunch box. My "meat" was 2 slim jims. And the "gourmet fillers" included Doritos and Gator Aid. I felt slightly embarrassed as the whole point of my sending a basket was to send a nice and impressive gesture. Unfortunately, my basket's contents were fit for a teenage boy.
So far, so good. We'll see what the flowers look like. That will be the real test.
My aunt tells me these were the most beautiful flowers she's ever received and seemed genuinely thrilled with them. Thank you!
The product looks good,but I think the delivery charge was a little high. I did have issues with the delivery but from you flowers sent me a gift certificate for having trouble with the flower delivery, which I thought was good customer service

Quick and easy! And fits my budget, disappointed when the flowers did not show up in the gauranteed time that i paid extra for, although they did refund me that charge, it doesn't change the fact the promised time was not upheld

I love, loved the flowers that were sent. I waited until very late the night before to order flowers for my Mother. I was afraid sending flowers wouldn't be an option. I was going to use a local florist in her area and when I googled, this site came up. I took a chance and could not be happier. I have 2 older sisters who also send flowers and my Mother loved mine the best! I ordered the "cake" arrangement and she said she had never seen that before. She posted a picture all over facebook!
