The person I sent the flowers too sent me a picture, and they were terrible, the yellow roses were browning, the lilies were only buds, it was just terrible,and the person who delivered them was very snotty,and very rude,when my friend had mentioned that the flowers were not exceptable for what I paid for them.
The flowers were not delivered the day they were suppose to be delivered. I did get a call stating they would go out the next day. It was disappointing but everything else went well.

Fast & Easy to order online, but I will NOT use this site again. I ordered Love You Beary Much with expedited delivery by Noon & 5 assorted colors balloons. The Bear was cute, but stained on the back, after 3 calls to customer service the delivery came just after 4pm & there were no balloons. Customer Service on the phone was great...They agreed to refund the expedited delivery fee, since it arrived after 4pm & $15 for the balloons ordered, but not delivered & gave me an additional discount & apologized. I would have preferred to have my order correct & on time! It does not matter if your service is good, you disappoint when you use florists that can not fill the order as promised. This is my first & LAST time using fromyouflowers.com.
My initial order was misquoted, but customer service promptly addressed the situation and sent me a gift certificate. This was an unexpected quick response to my concern and very much appreciated!

Original delivery was very unsatisfactory...I ordered a Premium arrangement...it was 9 tulips (one half dead)/ no greenery/ silly bow.
I called and provided a photo to document my concerns. Without hesitation, the ordered was replaced with a proper flower arrangement.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
