Shopping online great. Customer Service was great. BUT... what I received was NOTHING like what I ordered. I understand there are 3 different prices for preference but to order Happy Standing Flowers and get sad drooping flowers it has nothing to do with the package I chose. The arrangement should have been better with what I paid for the total between arrangement and delivery
