Very use frendly
I ordered the deluxe bouquet and there was only a few flowers in the vase - not even enough for the basic bouquet in my opinion. I was very disappointed with the arrangement.
The flowers were for my daughters bday and ordered same day/last minute. They were delivered in a very timely manner AND very beautiful. My daughter was surprised and very excited as to how nice they were - she sent a picture and they did look just like what i ordered.
Thank you - this was, by far, the best online experience for the delivery/selection of flowers that i have ever had.
Website is easy to use. I was surprised to be assessed a 14.99 service charge at checkout, but it is what it is. Worth it though to get same day service.
Shipping and handling definitely beefed up the bill from 49.00 to 60.00
